Consistent with
AWARD’s vision,
mission and core
values, AWARD seeks
to create and
maintain an
organizational
environment that is
free of
discrimination,
harassment, and
exploitation of all
forms. Each member
of a community with
whom AWARD works or
provides assistance
must also have
AWARD’s utmost
assurance that they
will not be subject
to any form of
harassment or
exploitation by
AWARD staff or
partners. To fulfill
these aims, AWARD
expressly prohibits

tolerate any form of

physical, sexual or
psychological. All
employees are
obliged to create
and maintain an

Conflict of
Interest
AWARD staff must
withdraw from any
participation in
AWARD decisions
making process for
the selection &
hiring of staff,
award or
administration of
purchasing goods and
services to vendors
and/or funding
through contracts or
agreements to
implementing
partners where to
his or her knowledge
the employee related
in an actual or
perceived conflict,
and take appropriate
steps to eliminate
the conflict.
Use of Alcohol
and Drug Abuse in
the Workplace
AWARD is committed
to protecting the
safety, health, and
wellbeing of our
employees and
recognizes that
abuse of alcohol and
other drugs
compromises this
commitment.
Therefore, the
unlawful
manufacture,
distribution,
dispensing,
possession, or use
of drugs and alcohol
is prohibited on
AWARD premises or
workplace locations.
Furthermore,
employees are
prohibited from
working while
intoxicated in the
office premises.
No Smoking
Policy
In order to provide
a healthy work
environment for all
employees, smoking
is not allowed
inside the office
premises and in
vehicles. Employees
are responsible for
informing visitors
of this policy.
Vehicle Use
Policy
The office vehicle
is allowed for
office use only.
Carrying of pets,
weapons, smoking and
use of any
prohibited drugs in
the vehicle is
strictly prohibited.
Green Office
Policy
AWARD observes
strictly the GREEN
OFFICE POLICY.
